Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, we gladly accept return requests in the following situations:

You receive a damaged product.
You receive a defective product.
You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must provide your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for:

Damaged products
Defective products
Incorrect items delivered

Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item has been verified by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used perfumes
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Requests made after the specified return period
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

After approval:

Online Payments: Refund within 5–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (if applicable): Refund may be processed via bank transfer after verification.
